I am an experienced business leader who latterly worked in Business Management and Operations. I transitioned from Corporate life a number of years ago to focus on the SME community establishing my own business helping SMEs put some of the controls in place that are expected in corporate world to help them understand their business better, being the business conscience.
The quote from Steven Covey “start with the end in mind” is a guiding principle if you don’t know where you want to get to you will never get there. I help SMEs define the strategy they need to succeed. I get great pleasure in seeing the companies I support succeed and meet the objectives they set.
At Silverpreneurs® we want to help people coming out of corporate life and become entrepreneurs having identified that there is little support in this area for the over 50s. I followed this journey and at 53 ventured into the entrepreneurial space, I have learnt a lot since then and want to share these experiences with the people that join the programme, guiding and signposting the route.
